3,650 administrative offenses reported, of which 2,148 for speeding, 300 for lack of mandatory periodic inspection, 104 for malfunctions in lighting and alarm systems, 117 for illegal use of a mobile phone while driving, 205 for lack of or incorrect use of seat belts and / or child restraint system and 112 for the absence of compulsory liability insurance.
