Interior Minister José Luis Carneiro ordered the closure of three nightclubs, Club Vida, Kady’s Bar and After Porto, in the municipalities of Albufeira, Almada and Porto, respectively, after GNR and PSP collected evidence that these establishments were linked to crime.
“These police measures, which are of a precautionary and urgent nature, consist of the closure of these establishments for a period not exceeding six months,” the Interior Ministry said in a statement.
Recall, a 19-year-old girl was stabbed to death near the Club Vida nightclub in the municipality of Albufeira.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs also notes that it is necessary to take the necessary measures for the normal and normal functioning of the bars, namely in creating security conditions.
