Former French Football Federation (FFF) CEO Florence Hardouin filed a moral and sexual harassment complaint this Thursday against her mentor, deposed organization president Noel Le Grae.
As the newspaper reported today Le MondeHardouin is also against his dismissal in February and is seeking compensation of just over 2.5 million euros.
The former “number 2” of the FFF was questioned on April 18 by investigators in the context of the Le Grae scandal, which is being investigated for alleged sexual harassment.
The interrogations will continue in the coming weeks, and further complaints are expected from, for example, Hardouen, who already said in January that he had been harassed after a check ordered by Sports Minister Amélie Oudéa-Castera.
The former director accused the former president of “humiliating and sexist insults, inappropriate and intimidating behavior often associated with excessive alcohol”, as well as “out of turn dinner invitations and repeated questions about his intimate life”, ensuring that there would not be a single victim of these attacks.
The FFF hired Hardouin, who also had a mandate on the UEFA Executive Committee, in 2008 and fired her earlier this year in what they mistakenly believed was part of the federal “chaos” created by the harassment allegations against Le Graet.
