Macau became futsal district champion by beating Benavente, who played with 3, 60–0 in the last round. The new title holders finished tied with Vitória de Santarém, who had the same points as Masao in the penultimate round, but with a lead of 33 goals.
The difference was thus largely blurred as the team from Escalita received and beat Ribeira Farrio 7–5. Both teams finished the championship with 49 points, with Macau having 137 goals scored and 46 goals conceded, against the balance of V. Santarem 125–59.
The Football Association of Santarem (AFS) promises a tough response.
