Tickets for the general public at Portimonense-Benfica are sold out, the Algarve club, which sells tickets to members only for the Football League 1 matchday 32 game, said on Tuesday.
“Tickets available to the general public for the match between Portimonense and Benfica, which will take place on May 13 at 18:00 at the Portimão Stadium, are sold out,” the club said on its official page.
The only available seats are reserved for Portimonense members, who can purchase tickets for €10, up to a maximum of four per person, upon presentation of an equal number of membership cards.
The stadium has a capacity of 4,961 and Benfica have already informed their supporters, at the direction of Portimonense, that props from the “incarnated” club will not be allowed on the 1st category ticket bench in the center west.
The game of the penultimate round of the I Football League will start on Saturday at 18:00.
Benfica have a chance of becoming champions on this tour, although the scenario is still unlikely and calls for a combination in which the Eagles won at Portimão and Porto lost on Sunday at home to Casa Pia.
With three rounds to go, Benfica lead the league with 80 points, four more than Porto.
