Three mobile clients are having network problems. Many report no reception or a complete power outage.
As of 8:30 a.m., about 500 people had reported problems with the fall detector fault tracking system, with problems occurring early Friday morning.
More than half of them said they had no reception, and a quarter had problems with mobile internet.
More than a fifth of the reports say there was a complete failure.
A disappointed customer from Medway in Kent wrote on the Three Mobile Facebook page: “For the third time this week the Three Network is out of service in the area.
“He fell at about 10:45 this morning and still hasn’t fallen. Yesterday at 14:30 something went wrong. The only day this week when there were no failures was Monday.
“I read on your website that there are engineers working in the area, but an estimated completion time would be very helpful.”
A second dissatisfied customer said he was “planning to leave Three” because “neither network is always available or covers my area in a big city.”
The current issues appear to be affecting three users in England and Scotland.
Three has not released a statement on the matter on its public platform.
This was reported by a representative of “Tri” I: “A small number of customers may experience problems with our network this morning.
“Our engineers are currently working on the problem to resolve it as quickly as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.”
