Samsung phone fans are counting down the days until the South Korean electronics giant launches its latest model into the mobile phone market.
Details about the highly anticipated Samsung Galaxy S24 are expected to be revealed at an online event this month.

When will Samsung S24 be released?
An official release date for S24 has not yet been announced. However, Samsung has announced that it will host an Unpacked event on Wednesday, January 17th in San Jose, California.
The company invited people to join as it “introduces the latest premium Galaxy innovations that deliver an entirely new mobile experience powered by artificial intelligence.”
It said: “A revolutionary mobile experience is coming.
“Get ready to explore a new era of possibility with the latest Galaxy innovations that will transform the way you live, communicate and create.
“The new Galaxy S series will set a higher standard for the smartest mobile devices.
“Experience epicness in everyday life like never before.”
The event will be streamed live on Samsung.com, Samsung Newsroom and Samsung’s YouTube channel starting at 6:00 p.m.

History shows that the Samsung S24 is expected to launch approximately two weeks after the Unpacked event.
The Galaxy S23 Ultra was announced on February 1, 2023 and released on February 17, 2023, while the S22 was announced on February 7, 2022 and released on February 25, 2022.
How much will S24 cost?
The price of the new model has not been confirmed by Samsung, but rumors in the tech world suggest that it could be similar to the S23’s price range.

How to pre-order Samsung S24?
In announcing the Unpacked event, Samsung is offering people the chance to register for a pre-order and get $50 (£40) off here.
Registration is possible until January 16, 2024, 11:59 p.m.
Pre-orders are expected to be accepted the same day following the January 17 announcement. The pre-order window will close on January 25, according to Techradar.com.
