Microsoft is having issues with several of its 365 services this morning as users are unable to access email, video chat, and shared documents.
The global shutdown, recorded by thousands of people on Down Detector, began shortly before 7am.
This has a significant impact on businesses that rely on Microsoft 365 for their daily work.
Microsoft is aware of this issue. He received reports that the following services are affected:
- Microsoft Teams
- exchange online
- perspectives
- SharePoint online
- OneDrive for Business
- Microsoft Graph
Xbox Live is also experiencing problems.
The Microsoft 365 status page states, “We’ve identified a potential network issue and are reviewing telemetry to determine next troubleshooting steps.
“Any user served by the affected infrastructure may not be able to access multiple Microsoft 365 services.”
