How to receive an email in Gmail
Receiving an email in Gmail is easy, but you won’t have much time to do it after you’ve sent it.
After sending the email, you will see Message sent Warning in the lower left corner of the screen next to the options view message or Cancel.
When you press Cancel You can revoke a sent email.
You have up to 30 seconds to cancel an email, and you can change the amount of time in your settings. To do this, click on the gear icon in the upper right corner, and then go to View all settings > Cancel Send and select 5, 10, 20 or 30 seconds.
How to revoke an email in Outlook
Follow these steps to recall an email in Outlook:
Choose Sent Items binder
Select or double-click a message to open it in another window.
Choose File > Information
Choose Send and recall a message > Get this messageand choose one of the two options:
Choose Delete unread copies of this message to receive the sent message
Choose Delete unread copies and replace with new message replace the sent message with a new message
Choose Let me know if the review was successful or unsuccessful for each recipient checkbox
Choose FINE
How to revoke an email from Hotmail
To check email in Hotmail, follow the same steps as in Outlook.
Choose Sent Items binder
Select or double-click a message to open it in another window.
Choose File > Information
Choose Send and recall a message > Get this messageand choose one of the two options:
Choose Delete unread copies of this message to receive the sent message
Choose Delete unread copies and replace with new message replace the sent message with a new message
Choose Notify me if the callback succeeded or failed for each recipient checkbox
