A cauldron of anger continues to bubble on Twitter as the world grapples with the fall of Queen Elizabeth II.
In this case, Jeff Bezos, once the world’s richest man and founder of tech giant Amazon, claims to be the catalyst.
Bezos took issue with an assistant professor at Carnegie Mellon University, Uju Arnya. Wuju Anya offered his own opinion on the Queen’s death.
Describing the Queen as the head of an “empire of thieves, rape and genocide”, Anne began to lash out at the Queen and England.
Citing the post (which has since been removed by Twitter), Bezos said: I don’t think so. Wow. ‘
The anti-monarchy tweet was deemed to violate Twitter protocol and was removed, but that didn’t stop Twitter users from flocking to Bezos.
According to Forbes, the fortune of the founder of Amazon is estimated at 153,000 million dollars. According to Forbes, he is the third richest person in the world and has enough money to fly into space in his own rocket.
So the idea that he insulted a black professor’s views on colonialism caused a lot of outrage.
Many were quick to point to well-documented objections to working conditions in Amazon factories.
Two years ago, GMB National Officer Mick Rix said: But the facts are clear to all. The situation is getting worse.

“Hundreds of affected Amazon workers need urgent medical attention. Conditions are hellish.
Last month, an Amazon UK employee quit his job after being offered a 35p pay rise.
Bezos is no longer the boss of Amazon, but public opinion is unwavering.
And as usual, Twitter users did not hold back.
Many other commenters pointed out that Anna de Bezos’s tweet was a coincidence between the platform’s anti-monarchy rhetoric.
They noted that Anna had previously tweeted her support for unionization at Amazon, which Bezos vehemently opposes.
However, Carnegie Mellon University distanced itself from Anna’s tweet, telling the Daily Mail that it “does not tolerate hateful and offensive messages.”
“While freedom of expression is a core part of higher education’s mission, the views he shared do not represent the values of higher education institutions or the standards of speech we seek to promote,” spokesman Mann said.
Bezos has not commented further on his storm of tweets. However, he did quote a tweet from former Prime Minister Gordon Brown, who offered his condolences to the British public.
Last July, Jeff Bezos stepped down as CEO of Amazon after 27 years. He handed over the reins to current CEO Andy Jassy.
Bezos said at the time: “Andy is a household name and has been at Amazon almost as long as I have.
Although he has stepped down as CEO, he remains active in Amazon initiatives he finds.
“It also gives me the time and energy I need to focus on the Day 1 Fund, the Bezos Earth Fund, Blue Origin, the Washington Post and my other passions,” he added last year.
“I have never had more energy. This is not retirement. I am very passionate about the impact these organizations can have.”
