In just two weeks, the Fábrica da Nata in Restauradores, Lisbon was robbed twice. In the first attack, the thieves managed to take only the coins that were in the tip box for employees, but on this Monday at dawn they managed to get to the cash register and escape with a machine gun. There will be hundreds of euros inside.
The robbery was committed at 03:00 when the establishment’s alarm went off after a pair of thieves forced the door. The PSP sent resources to the scene, but by the time the first patrols arrived, the pair had already fled. CCTV footage shows that the two thieves were not wearing face masks or gloves. PSP has investigated and is now trying to identify the robbers.
