The Dominican president, Luis Abinader, announced this Monday at a press conference that today, September 20, he will move to one of the areas most damaged by the hurricane, La Altagracia, where one of the two operations centers will be installed to serve the needs caused by Fiona, the first hurricane to hit this Caribbean country in the last eighteen years.
