A man raped a 15-year-old girl in the family home that hosted him in Aljustrel

The Judicial Police (JP) arrested a 33-year-old man on suspicion of raping a 15-year-old girl in Aljustrel. According to the SP, the person, who was welcomed by the minor’s family, took advantage of the occasions when he was alone with the victim to commit sexual acts.

“Sexual contact will begin in 2022 and will cease only after a person close to the family discloses to the mother of the minor about the existence of videos confirming sexual abuse,” the above-mentioned department said in a statement.

After committing the crimes, the sexual aggressor embarrassed the victim so that she did not say anything about the situation.

The detainee attended his first judicial interrogation because he was subject to “periodic appearances at the police station, a ban on contact and a ban on leaving the country.”
