Air Canada has suspended a pilot who posted a series of anti-Semitic posts about Israel, it said Wednesday. New York Post.
Mostafa Ezzo called Israel a “terrorist state” and wished the country to “burn in hell.”
The pilot shared several photos of pro-Palestinian protests in which he participated. In one of them, Mostafa held a sign that read, “Israel, Hitler is proud of you.” In another, he held a poster showing a man throwing away an Israeli flag, with the image accompanied by the phrase “Keep the world clean.”
Mostafa Ezzo remains with Air Canada despite the pilot’s suspension being announced this Monday. The airline reiterated that it “strongly condemns violence in all forms.”
