The Ministry of Education and Science of Dagestan plans to reduce the administrative burden on teachers of educational institutions, the department’s press service reported on November 23.
It should be noted that to achieve this, a meeting was held for holding special events, chaired by the First Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Dagestan, Aida Dalgatova.
In statements to those present, the Vice Minister highlighted the importance of carrying out educational work with children and young people in educational institutions.
“But when a teacher is busy writing reports, filling out paper and electronic diaries, he does not have time to organize proper educational work with students.”Dalgatova noted.
It should be noted that work on reducing the documentary burden of teachers is carried out in accordance with the amendments made to the Federal Law “On Education in the Russian Federation” and the Law of the Republic of Dagestan “On Education in the Republic of Dagestan.”
Currently, the approved list of documentation that a teacher must complete includes five items:
1. Work program of an academic subject, educational course (including extracurricular activities), educational module.
2. Progress record.
3. Diary of extracurricular activities (for teaching staff involved in extracurricular activities).
4. Teaching work plan (for teaching staff who perform classroom management functions).
5. Characteristics of the student (on request).
