Fado singer Carmiño sang and played Portuguese guitar at the premiere of Bad Things on Wednesday in New York, US, and met fellow cast members Emma Stone and Mark Ruffalo, as well as Taylor Swift.
“When I received the invitation to sing in Bad Things, I could not have imagined what an incredible experience I would have and the wonderful reaction to this impressive film,” he began in a post published on Instagram.
In “Poor Things,” Carminho performs an unprecedented adaptation of the “The Room” theme from her latest album during a scene with Emma Stone.
“What a pride to bring Fado and the Portuguese language to such a special place, sharing these moments with a unique director and an amazing team,” the Fado singer said in an Instagram post.
