In this sense, Matiuschenko has underlined that the adhesions declared by Russia are “unlawful acts” and that, therefore, “they have to be penalized”. Likewise, he has assured that with the Russian annexations the Ukrainian advance on the front “is not going to change; we are going to advance further”. To do this, however, he has called for NATO and related governments to commit more to the Ukrainian cause, at all levels. “We need more support, and the more support we have, the faster we will win. It is a matter of common effort,” she assured.
Asked about the nuclear threats What Russia has done in recent days, Matiuschenko has assured that Ukraine is prepared for any development of the situation, although he assures that it is unlikely that Russia will use the nuclear submarine ‘K-329 Belgorod’. “Putin’s tactic is to scare governments, but it doesn’t work, and the more resolute all of us are against those threats, the faster we will have victory.”
