The former mansion of businessman and former Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi is on sale for 500 million euros. Villa Certosa is located in Sardinia, an Italian island in the Mediterranean Sea, reports Financial Times.
The list of luxuries owned by the Italian, who died in June 2023, is extensive: a 120-hectare park, a complex of 126 houses, a seaside amphitheater for 300 people, a nuclear shelter, an artificial lake, tennis courts and an erupting artificial volcano.
Berlusconi bought the house in the 1980s and it was renovated and expanded in subsequent years.
The mansion hosted several “bunga-bunga” parties, an event where prostitutes and politicians participated in orgies. Government leaders such as the American George Bush or the Russian Vladimir Putin have stayed at this luxurious hotel.
