The restrictions registered on Tuesday morning on some cards of customers of the MEO mobile network were eliminated around 11 a.m., an official source from the operator told Lusa.
A source at the group’s voice operator Altice did not provide details about the problem.
This morning, some customer cards on the MEO mobile network encountered some restrictions.
“MEO confirms that there are some limitations in some mobile network customer cards and its technical teams are working to resolve these as a matter of priority,” the company said in a statement.
On Monday, MEO had already recorded voice communication disruptions, which were fully resolved in the afternoon.
