The footage showed a scene where the suspect showed the victims lying down and in their underwear. In one video, the detainee shows his genitals next to a sleepy minor; in another, he touches a girl while she vomits.
“Joe, don’t you sleep with a choli on?” the friend replied. The term refers to chorri, a drug used during orgies in Spain. It is a depressant that weakens the nervous system and causes drowsiness.
The two detainees, Ivan and Jose Hernan, form a duo known as Los Petazetaz, which has nearly 80,000 followers on social media.
They are accused of sexually abusing five minors aged between 14 and 15, whom they raped in their apartment in Villa de Vallecas on the outskirts of the Spanish capital.
One of the accused, 34, was in prison on suspicion of two offenses of sexual assault, one of rape, exhibitionism, child pornography and five public health offences.
This suspect with a criminal record was released after 21 days in custody. The second detainee, 24-year-old Ivan, is accused of committing a crime of a sexual nature.
According to police sources quoted by El País, one of the influencers recorded the rape in the first person and shared the video with friends to “boast about his achievements.”
The images reached an “Instagrammer” who lived with the detainees and who, alarmed by the content, reported it to the authorities.
This young woman wrote down cell phone numbers, names, nicknames and details of everything that happened. He said many victims said they were sexually assaulted after seeing their attackers pour liquid into their drink. This method coincides with the use of the drug “chorri”.
Investigators found video recordings and called the victims to testify. They all confirmed that they entered the apartment, but do not remember anything, the publication reports. El Pais.
