The Justice Committee of the Spanish Parliament approved this Thursday the amnesty law proposed by the Socialist government, which includes several last-minute changes made by Catalan independence activists to shield Carles Puigdemont and other separatist leaders from all charges related to the independence process, in including terrorism.
