A CMTV had access to amateur video showing Paulo Fonseca, known as Paulinho, a suspect in the murder of Diogo Silva, attacking the same man Paulinho denies trying to shoot with a knife, along with his wife and young son.
Just this week, the man who ordered the murder of 26-year-old Diogo Silva was arrested by the PS and appeared in court on suspicion of attempting to shoot a couple and child in Maya.
Paulinho was released after periodic presentations to authorities.
The images show confrontations days after the attempted murder, which took place in June last year, with Paulinho seen in violent scenes that culminated in a knife attack. Paulinho is one of the men who appears shirtless and wearing dark blue shorts. The pictures show another man getting out of a white car and trying to help the victim.
