Court extends Andrew Tate’s arrest for another 30 days

On Wednesday, a Romanian court decided to extend Andrew Tate’s detention for another 30 days. sky news. This is the second time the former boxer has filed an appeal that has been denied.

The former boxer was arrested on December 29 for human trafficking and organized crime. On January 20, he filed a motion to terminate the detention for lack of corpus delicti, which was rejected. The same thing happened this Wednesday.

The former boxer was detained along with his brother on suspicion of human trafficking and forcing women to produce pornographic content under threat.

Andrew Tate is known to the general public for his controversial social media appearances. He was even banned twitter.

Tate and his brother will remain in custody until Feb. 27 while prosecutors continue to investigate the case.
