The problem of repairing an outpatient clinic in the village of Terpilitsy, Volosovsky district, as well as providing a medical institution with workers and a pharmacy, was taken under personal control by the governor of the Leningrad region, Alexander Drozdenko, on February 6. during a direct telephone conversation. line on the air of the television channel LenTV24.
A resident of the village of Terpilitsy contacted the hotline and said that at the moment the first-aid post in the village was only partially repaired. Furthermore, he said that there were no doctors left in the town.
Hearing this, Drozdenko was outraged, saying that all instructions regarding the outpatient clinic had been given and specific deadlines had been set.
“This speaks once again to how the governor’s instructions are sometimes carried out. I have information that the chief physician of the Volosovsky interdistrict hospital, chairman of the health committee, was instructed to organize the sale of medicines through the Terpilitsa outpatient clinic. There are deadlines, everything is broken”– said the head of the region.
He also added that he will raise all the documents and find out who is responsible. “The minimum is a reprimand and deprivation of the bonus, and the maximum, if there are other sins, they will fire me, because you cannot work like that”he threatened.
The governor also added that within three months an attempt will be made to complete the repair work at the medical institution, as well as to open a pharmacy, where all the necessary medicines will be sold several times a week. In addition, the head of the region promised that the issue of providing the hospital with medical personnel would be resolved.
