– Comparing relationships can be a clear sign that something is wrong. “If your partner constantly talks about how much better or better things were in their previous relationship, it’s a sure sign that they haven’t completely forgotten about it,” explains Sarah Watson, a psychologist and couples therapist at Best Life magazine.
– Posting moments on social media with a specific purpose that your ex-partner sees and knows that you have ended the relationship can also mean something. You should also pay attention to whether your partner continues to make a habit of checking his ex-girlfriend’s social media and whether he continues to frequently interact with her own posts.
– The constant need to confirm that you have already left a previous relationship may indicate the exact opposite.
