
Investigators have opened a criminal case on the grounds of a terrorist attack following the attack by Ukrainian armed forces on the village of Gorodishche in the Kursk region, the press service of the Investigative Committee (IC) of the Russian Federation reported on June 29.
As reported, the criminal case was initiated by the Main Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation “According to Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (terrorist act) on the fact of an attack by armed formations of Ukraine in the village of Gorodishche, Rylsky district, Kursk region”.
It is noted that following the incident “Civilians, including minors, were killed”The Investigative Committee of Russia is determining the circumstances of the incident and the circle of persons involved in the terrorist attack, the department said, adding that their actions will be legally assessed.
