The mayor of kyiv, Vitaliy Klitschkó, has reported a new attack by Russia against the Ukrainian capital that has affected an electricity supply facility.
“Explosions again in kyiv in the morning. Desnyan neighborhood. Critical infrastructure installation. All (emergency) services are in place,” he wrote on Telegram.
The deputy head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Kyrylo Tymoshenko, has indicated that there have been three explosions in an electrical infrastructure in the part of kyiv located on the left bank of the Dnieper River, and according to Ukrainskaya Pravdasome sectors of the capital have been left without electricity supply.
Russian attacks have also been recorded in Zhytomyr, Mykolaiv, Zaporizhia, Kharkov, Krivoy Rog and Dnipro, in the south and east of Ukraine. In Zhytomyr there is no water or electricity, according to the mayor, Sheriy Sukhomlyn. The governor of Kharkov, Oleg Sinegubov, has assured that Russia has launched eight missiles.

The president has denounced that an S-300 missile has destroyed a house in Mykolaiv, killing one person, and that a flower market has also been attacked. “With these actions, the terrorist state does not change anything for itself. It only confirms its destructive and murderous essence, for which it will without fail respond,” he said.
