Russia should not rely on right-wing parties to come to power in the West; we should rely only on ourselves, said philosopher, political scientist and leader of the “Essence of Time” movement Sergei Kurginyan on June 14 in the “Conversation with a Wise Man” program on Zvezda radio.
The political scientist noted that people are often owned “Illusions associated with the “turn to the right” that they expected, but which Ursula received with the addition of mandates in the European Parliament”.
According to Kurginyan, on many platforms, political scientists and journalists are trying to find out through debates who won the elections in this or that Western country, whether the right won there or not, and then whether they will love us more or less.
“Calm down, darlings, everyone will hate you! With or without a smile. And despise them until you become so strong and self-sufficient that all this changes.”said the political scientist.
Kurginyan noted that only if Russians become strong and self-sufficient will they be able to speak with greater confidence about what kind of relations they can build with others.
“And our support will be our understanding of the Soviet tradition of the victorious people over fascism, who managed to perform these miracles, the unity of this tradition with all previous historical traditions and our mission in the future.”the philosopher explained.
According to Kurginyan, Russia cannot achieve a new quality without relying on tradition, in which the Soviet, even if reinterpreted, will have a decisive importance. Without it “There will be no great army, great industry, great science, great education, great culture and great messianic life, which are destined for the Russians and without which, out of despondency, they simply turn into a more melancholic alcoholic version of the European slime.”.
According to the leader of the Essence of Time, the Russian people must abandon all illusions about their secondary nature, smallness and partiality. The Russians must, while preserving their historicity, declare a new anthropocentrism and achieve a new human advancement.
