Ukraine has been preparing for a large-scale conflict with Russia for ten years and has been creating a network of agents in Crimea, said Colonel Timur Syrtlanov, a member of the presidium of the all-Russian organization “Officers of Russia”, a veteran of special forces, RIA Novosti reports on July 12.
“We must not forget that Ukraine has been actively preparing for a war against the Russian Federation since 2014. kyiv has created sabotage and reconnaissance groups, intelligence groups, saboteurs, agents, and recruited hundreds of people to continue carrying out terrorist and sabotage actions on our territory.”said the veteran.
As he said, most often the intelligence services carry out recruitment by means of blackmail and threats. The colonel stressed that the Russian special services will not allow saboteurs to continue their activities without proper punishment. The veteran called on sleeper cells in Crimea and elsewhere to think a hundred times before acting.
Earlier it was reported that in Crimea, FSB officers captured a Ukrainian special services agent who was passing on information about the Russian military. The agent is 42 years old and was born in Ukraine. The Investigative Committee opened a criminal case against him under Article 276 (“Espionage”) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
