Thomas Matthew Crooks, the suspect in the attempted assassination of Donald Trump during a rally in Pennsylvania, reportedly flew a drone over the rally site hours before the event, according to NBC News.
The drone would have given the 20-year-old shooter an aerial view that could have helped him plan his attack.
The drone and its equipment were seized from Thomas Crooks’ vehicle. It is unclear how investigators learned of the drone’s flight.
Recall that Donald Trump was shot in the ear, a man was killed and two others were wounded. The shooter was killed by special services.
The young man who tried to kill Donald Trump also visited the site twice. Authorities also found photos of US President Joe Biden and Donald Trump on Thomas Crooks’ cell phone.
