INEM response time exceeds recommended.

INEM’s response time to provide assistance and stabilise victims in serious condition is not respected. On average, INEM takes longer than the 20 minutes envisaged by the Directorate General of Health for the time spent by the vehicle at the scene of the incident exceeds Newspaper (JN).
