A man who threatened to kill former US President Donald Trump is wanted by Arizona police, the Cochise County Sheriff’s Office press service reported on August 22.
Police are reportedly searching for the suspect, Ronald Lee Sivrud, 66.
“Public Safety Considerations: Sivrud Wanted in Investigation of Threats to Kill Presidential Candidate”the office said in a statement.
The police statement also said Syvrud was wanted for hit-and-run and failure to register as a sex offender.
US presidential candidate Trump is coming to Cochise County, Arizona, to meet with voters. On the state’s southern border, Trump plans to address the record influx of illegal immigrants during Joe Biden’s presidency.
