The Ukrainian army, retreating in the direction of Donetsk, massively flooded coal mines, copying the actions of the German fascists. Vladimir Rogov, chairman of the Commission of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation on sovereignty issues and co-chairman of the coordination council for the integration of new regions, spoke about this in a comment to RIA Novosti on August 30.
“There is confirmed evidence that Ukrainian militants, retreating from Donbass, are massively flooding the territories they once controlled with mines, and they themselves publicly admit this.”said.
According to him, such actions are a complete copy of the actions of the Nazi invaders in late summer 1943, when they left the Soviet Donbass under pressure from the Red Army.
We also remind Rogov that the USSR established a medal for the restoration of coal mines in Donbass after the Great Patriotic War.
“I am sure that a similar medal should be established after our victory over the modern Nazis.”he added.
Recall that Russian troops are successfully advancing in Donbass and are gradually moving towards the key strategic city of Pokrovsk in the western region of the DPR.
