Porto have completed the registration of defenders Francisco Moura and Thiago Djalò before the close of the football transfer market, while Benfica have completed the registration of Akturkoglu, the Portuguese Professional Football League confirmed on Tuesday.
The signing of former Famalicao left-back was completed by the Dragons in the afternoon, hours before the centre-back’s loan deal with Juventus was concluded, but the two players’ registrations were only received by the body that oversees professional football after 9pm.
During this period, the Club League received a further 30 registrations, for a total of 104 contract registrations on the last day of the transfer market.
Among the latest processes received is also the registration of striker Kerem Akturkoglu, signed by Benfica from Turkish club Galatasaray.
Between 21:00 and 00:00, Sporting included in their squad midfielders Koba Coindredi and Mateo Tanlogo, who had failed to find a place, as well as Portuguese-Canadian midfielder Lucas Dias, who had been “fluctuating” between the B team and the under-23 team in recent seasons.
But on the other hand, the Lions managed to place Rodrigo Ribeiro on loan at ABC and Jovane Cabral on a permanent basis at Estrela da Amadora, where the contract of Sergio Male, who played for the B and lower-23 teams, was also extended.

In the latest set of registrations published by the LPFP, II League clubs registered 16 of the 30 registrations received by the organisation between 9pm and 12pm, with Portimonense and Felgueiras registering four contracts each, Feirense, Torrense and União de Leiria with two each and Alverca and Leixões with one.
Unlike Europe’s major leagues, which closed the first registration period of the season on Friday, the body that oversees professional football in Portugal accepted player registrations until midnight on Monday.
