The still president of Brazil, the extreme right Jair Bolsonarohas finally ruled on the result of Sunday’s elections, and although he has avoided admitting his defeat and explicitly citing the victory of the leftist Lula da Silva, he has assured that “he will continue to be faithful to the Constitution.”
The president of Brazil, Jair Bolsonaro, affirmed this Tuesday that the blockades of truckers on several highways in the country are the result of “indignation” and “feeling of injustice” due to his defeat in the presidential elections.
“The popular movements are the result of indignation and a feeling of injustice of how the electoral process unfolded,” said the far-right leader in his first statement since losing the elections to Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva.
