At least two people were killed and 23 injured Friday in a rocket attack on a hospital in Dnipro, Ukraine. This was announced by the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky. telegramwho called the situation a “crime against humanity”.
“The Russians once again confirm their status as fighters against everything human and honest. “Only a bad state can fight against clinics. There can be no military purpose in this. This is pure Russian terror,” Zelensky wrote.
According to the Ukrainian leader, rescue work on the spot continues. “All the necessary services are involved,” he notes.
Two men died, a 69-year-old elderly man who was walking down the street at the time of the attack, and another man, whose age has yet to be determined, who was found under the rubble.
Of the victims, it is known that 21 people were taken to the hospital, three are in a condition considered to be mothballed.
The Ukrainian Ministry of Defense considers Russian intervention a war crime under the provisions of the Geneva Conventions, which define how soldiers and civilians should be treated in war.
So far, Russia has not claimed responsibility for the attack.
