Judicial Police (PJ) have arrested a 35-year-old man suspected of sexually abusing his 14-year-old daughter and her 17-year-old boyfriend.
The abuse committed against the daughter began in 2019 and took place in the family’s home, “the author took advantage of the minor’s closeness, trust and dependence on him to subject her to increasingly compulsive sexual acts over time,” PJ said in a statement.
After the minor began dating about two months ago, the suspect practiced “abuse of two minors.” The man is charged with various crimes of child sexual abuse, sexual abuse of dependent or vulnerable minors and sexual coercion, as well as domestic violence.
The detainee was present at the first judicial interrogation and was taken into custody.
