Bad weather floods the streets of Ovar and forces residents to block access to roads

Portugal is suffering from bad weather and Oscar’s depression is already wreaking havoc. It only took a few minutes of rain for the streets of Furadoro in Ovar to be completely flooded this Thursday. Residents themselves began blocking roads so that cars would not pass through the territory.
