Taxpayers can pay IMI and IUC until today

Taxpayers whose deadlines for paying the municipal property tax (NMI) and the unified turnover tax (SNT) expired on November 30 can do this before this Friday, the Ministry of Finance reports.

On Thursday, the Ministry of Finance announced in a statement that due to IT restrictions checked on the Financial Portal on Wednesday morning and in order to protect the rights and guarantees of taxpayers, the deadlines for paying IMI and IUC expired on November 30th. will be extended until this Friday.

According to the same note, no interest or penalties are charged for extensions.

On Wednesday, access to the Financial Portal was temporarily unavailable because the digital certificate had expired, the Tax and Customs Service (AT) said at the time, ruling out any computer attack.
