Italy will face Portugal in the final of the European Under-19 Championship to be held on Sunday at the Ta’Kali National Stadium in Malta, after beating Spain 3-2 tonight.
In a much more balanced match than the other semi-final, in which Portugal thrashed Norway 5-0, there was always a tendency to stop and respond, with five reserved for the second half in less than half an hour.
Italy started to win and never found themselves at a disadvantage, although they allowed Italy to level twice: Vignato (52 minutes), Pisilli (66 minutes) and Lipani (85 minutes) scored for the transalpine team, while Barbera (58 minutes) and Gasiorovski (74′ ) scored instead of Rohita.
The final of this European Championship will be played on Sunday at 20:00.
