Artists J. Balvin and Pablo Alboran are among the featured artists on the second day of the Marés Vivas Festival, which runs until Sunday in Vila Nova de Gaia, in the Porto area.
The poster for episode 15, which began on Friday, features over 30 artists spread over three days and performing on five stages around the venue.
Headlining this Saturday is Colombian singer and composer J. Balvin, who performed in Portugal in 2019 and is now back with his latest album “Jose”, released in 2020, which includes the theme “Un Día (One Day)”. , along with Dua Lipa, Bad Bunny and Tainy.
Also on the main stage will be Spaniard Pablo Alboran, who will present his sixth album of originals, “La Cuarta Hoja”, released in December. The biggest stage of MEO Marés Vivas includes the Portuguese Carolina Deslandes, Barbara Tinoco and Claudia Pascoal.
Giving music to the thousands of expected audiences will also be, among many others, Lua, Caretus, Carol Branco, Hugo Souza and Luis Vieira.
On the main stage, the first concerts start at 18:30 and the last ones at 23:30.
During the festival, the Sociedade de Transportes Coletivos do Porto (STCP) reinforced line 906 (Trindade – Madalena) with flights every 15 minutes from Trindade to Porto.
In addition to the increase in frequency, the operating hours of this line have been extended to 03:00.
