“The request in this regard has not yet been formalized, like many others that we systematically analyze,” the minister said, addressing Luz and RTP in the Spanish city of Toledo, before entering an informal European Union (EU) ministerial meeting with the defense portfolio .
Helena Carreiras added that the Portuguese Armed Forces “are ready in this case to provide support with training in this field of demining, but nothing more, that is, not with a presence in Ukraine, not with equipment.” .
