The Citius litigation system went down on Tuesday, preventing members of the judiciary from performing their duties normally.
TO morning PostCourt Officers Union President António Marsal says the glitch is “repetitive” and is caused by “data insertion by judges”, which is currently happening.
The “power outage” occurred at night, but in the morning, when the specialists tried to use the system, the failure was noticed. António Marsal argues that this shows a “lack of investment” in justice.
Expectations of “resumption of work” of the courts are not expected.
This is not the first case with the platform. More recently, in May, Citius collapsed and the courts “stalled”.
