On Monday, Infarmed announced it would stop selling deodorants from the French brand Nuud. On the official page of the department, they explain that the reason for the recall of this product is the emergence of several cases of axillary inflammation in France.
“The manufacturer, together with the French competent authority, decided to conduct a voluntary and temporary collection of lots on the market. Taking into account the above, INFARMED, individual entrepreneur, believes that this measure should be extended to the territory of the country,” you can read.
The National Medicines and Health Products Authority says a similar situation has not yet been reported in Portugal, but urges consumers to report it if they develop symptoms.
