This Tuesday, Clovis Abreu was in pre-trial detention on charges of attempted murder and infliction of bodily harm on two people involved in the clashes that resulted in the death of Fabio Guerra, PSP agent.
They listened to Clovis for three hours. This Monday, the suspect put an end to a year and a half on the run by surrendering to the prosecutor’s office while he was is suspected of involvement in the murder of PSP agent Fabio Guerra in March last year..
The police were forced to increase their presence at the Justice Campus, where the interrogation of the accused took place on Tuesday.
The defense argues that CCTV footage from outside the nightclub where Fabio Guerra died did not show Clovis attacking the PSP agent. The partners, former marines Claudio Coimbra and Vadim Grinko, have already been sentenced to 20 and 17 years in prison, respectively.
