“The prosecutor’s office prepared a report in August, a month later and shortly after the investigation began, asking that it be archived because there was nothing there. There were no days, no records. There were only statements from two people, Ana Loureiro and mine, that were contradictory,” he told RR.
Joaquim Manuel da Silva added that the incident affected his health: “I drank too much. I took the pills. Did not sleep. I gained 20 kilograms.”
