According to Infrastructure Minister João Galamba, this update will come into force in January 2024 and thanks to it, drivers of vehicles in classes 1, 2, 3 and 4 will be able to save around 50 euros per month and 600 euros per year. .
This measure represents an annual expenditure by the state of approximately 72 million euros. “The government has committed itself to making discounts during this year, and today it is presenting a proposal,” Galamba emphasized.
