The body of Mario Luis Oliveira, a 57-year-old businessman from Coimbra, missing since August, was discovered this Wednesday in a highly decomposed state by the Judicial Police (PJ).
The construction worker, a Brazilian national, was arrested on suspicion of murder and desecration of a corpse.
