Dorothy Hoffner, a skydiving woman, has died at the age of 104.

Dorothy Hoffner, who a week ago jumped out of a plane and achieved a Guinness World Record as the world’s oldest person to jump with a parachute, died Monday at age 104, according to the agency. Reuters.

Dorothy’s close friend Joe Conant claims that the elderly woman was found dead by staff at the building where she lived. “She was tireless,” Conant emphasizes, as quoted The keeper. The friend ensures that he is working to ensure that Dorothy’s achievement is certified and officially included in the Guinness Book of World Records.

During the jump, the 104-year-old woman shared her happiness and enthusiasm: “It’s a wonderful feeling to feel the ground beneath you,” she told the agency. Reuters. And he emphasized that we can do “these things when we feel good.”

Dorothy broke the record held by 103-year-old Swede Linnea Ingegard Larsson, and left only one wish unfulfilled: to fly in a hot air balloon.
