Northern region
In the north of the country, the emergency department at the Hospitalar de Chaves will face difficulties in dealing with the specialties of pediatrics and orthopedics: patients will be sent to Vila Real and Porto (Santo António).
During this period, the emergency department of the Mirandela Hospital will refer to Bragança for the specialty of orthopedics. Still in the same region, the Braga Hospital will have difficulty responding to emergencies in general surgery during the week (dispatch to the Sant Joan Hospital in Porto) and on the 27th and 30th in the specialty of gynecology/obstetrics (dispatch to Famalican, Viana do Castelo). , Guimarães and S. João).
In Viana do Castelo, on December 2 the local hospital will face difficulties in pediatrics, sending patients to Braga, while on December 26, 1 and 2 there will be restrictions in the departments of general surgery, internal medicine and Via Verde AVC. Patients will be sent to São João and Braga.
The Via Verde AVK in Guimarães will open on the nights of November 28-29 and December 2, patients will be sent to Braga.
At the Centro Hospitalar do Médio Ave in Vila Nova de Famalicão there will be courses in general surgery (on the 26th and 27th and on the night of December 2), a referral to São João, a pediatric department (on the 2nd, transfer to Braga) and the Department of Internal Affairs. In the hospital department of Aveiro, difficulties in gynecology, pediatrics and general surgery have been occurring for several days, patients are being treated in Coimbra, and in Agueda they will be in the basic emergency service.
In Figueira da Foz, there will be restrictions on some days for the specialties of general surgery and orthopedics, with patients having to be seen in Coimbra. The Barreiro Hospital ward will be experiencing difficulties for most of the week (except the 26th) in the specialties of gynecology and pediatrics, with patients having to be received in García de Horta and Central Lisbon.
In Montijo, gynecology and pediatrics will face some difficulties, as in the hospital center of Setúbal. In Northern Alentejo (Portalegre) there will be difficulties in providing general surgery.
Alentejo region
Évora provides training in pediatrics (29 pm) and general surgery (every week in the evening and at 26 pm all day), as well as internal medicine (at night), with users traveling to central Lisbon and the north.
In the Baixo Alentejo Hospital department, the medical-surgical emergency service will operate on Via Verde AVC, where difficulties will arise during the day of December 2. Patients will have to be seen in García de Orta.
Estremoz Medical Center will have limited basic emergency care from December 1 and patients will be admitted in Évora.
Algarve
In the Algarve, where there are six emergency rooms, on some days there will be difficulties in two: Faro (paediatrics and general surgery) and Portimão (paediatrics, 26th and 30th).
